Mission Statement:

Visiting Nurses of Meredith & Center Harbor will provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to meet the health care needs of our clients in their homes.  All services will be provided under the direct orders of each client's physician.

Visiting Nurses of Meredith & Center Harbor will foster independence, provide health education and guidance, and involve the community with respect for each client and their family's rights to participate in decision making.

Visiting Nurses of Meredith & Center Harbor will foster well being and excellence of staff.

Visiting Nurses of Meredith & Center Harbor, a not-for-profit agency, will provide services based on client need, not ability to pay.
